It came like a bolt from the air. The Lay reader informed the congregation that there was an announcement to make and Emma was requested to do so. In his usual jovial mood, Emma poised at in front of the congregation, smiled and greeted them.

Commodity prices are still on the rise over here, gasoline, diesel, food and all commodities prices have gone high. Schools have adjusted payment due to high food costs.

This time of the year, Papoli village is usually in a “dead season”, being dry part of the year (December to Early March, June to August); activities normally include preparation of fields to plant rice, millet, maize and simsim.
